Close Groups

Hi,

Is there anyway you can close the groups that are not being used. You can do this on daslight3 but not 4 and it was a feature I used a lot

Hi awright92, unfortunately there is no way to hide an entire group. You can use the Hide from Live button to hide all the Scenes in a group but you will still see the Group name on the Live tab. I have added a note to consider having a hide all scenes in group option for a future release.

That does work but not as well as on Daslight 3. Is there any news on why this was removed and if it will return? I really miss this feature

It's not possible to completely minimise a groups as Daslight 4 has been redesigned so you can fit more Scenes onto one screen and the Groups are now ordered in columns. Minimising a whole group would still leave the group header at the top of the column.

Thanks for the post, we will consider offering alternative display modes in future versions of daslight.
