HOW TO? - External control via http API layer?

Hi
Is there anyway to control the software (such as activating already device scenes, stopping scenes etc..) via external control.
Ideally http API layer of some description, i am trying to integrate to HomeSeer?

Thanks, please add support for Ethernet based DMX as well (Art-Net and others similar), if it becomes a chargeable software thats fine as far as i am concerned.
However for now we will be pursuing other DMX software available that is API controlled (we are testing 2 of them now), i would have prefered something more mainstream, however it is what it is..
