LED moving heads

Maybe I'm just new to this and do not understand, but I can not get any of my LED Zoom moving heads to turn on in the 3D visualizer.
I have no problems with the 7R beams or LED par cans.
Can someone shed some light? (bad pun)

Seems like the problem comes from the ssl file, I'll check that tomorrow..

Do you have the model and make of my LED Zoom?
Also 3D visualizer does not work with Chauvet 4Bar Tri SSL either.

Can you tell me which Led Zoom SSL you are using to test ?
We currently don't have your exact fixture in our SSL database, but you can ask for it in our store:

That's weird, the people responsible for this don't have it either...
Can you send it to me by PM ? When did they made it ?
