DVC3 Beta March 25th

We've just put up a new beta version, here are the bug fixes since the previous release :

- Scene release and DVC3 128 limitations not working correclty
- Not possible to remove BPM/PULSE mode on scene
- LTP mode reset not working correctly in General Fader view
- Fader color update not working is certain case
- Mouse wheel on fader not working in certain case
- Drivers modifying the environment path variable
