Hello i have buy a midicon of elation, i want this set in my daslight i have search in the dvc 3 but i can't find a file where i can say this is the midicontrol that i have install.

can someone tell me where i find it?

u wont find a file just go to ur programms i live mode right clik and properties the in the midle box u will see midi None [0*0*0] click with urmouse there and after just press a button or a fader of ur midi and after u do that a number in the box will apear press apply and u are ready.
if u want to asighn fader to control ur moving heads
or rgb of led par go to ur device for example led par ( after u have patched down on screen it shows ur patch name of fixtures) will open the window with faders from ur fixtures chosse ur fixture that u want to asighn go to the fader u want and to the window that says auto right click chosse midi press in ur midi a button or a fader and its assighn there.

dont forget that the wheels can not be assighn to das light
if u want full controll of midi con u must go to other programm,.
