Version 13th Feburary 2015: Setup Error

Good morning,
the installer of the latest Version of Daslight (13th Feburary 2015) is not working correctly - I can't install the new Version.
I can choose the language, click on next. Then a window with the warning: "Please do not rename this EXE file!" appears. By clicking OK, an error window appears on my screen: "Runtime Error (at 22:36): Internal Error: An attemp was made to access WizardForm before it has been created." By clicking OK the installation is cancled.
