Select Midi Ports
Users selected midi port is not remembered.
1) Start new DVC Project (File-New)
2) Add any fixtures and scenes
3) Open midi port selector window ( Input-Select MIDI Ports)
4) Select only one available MIDI Port (E.g.,Port 7)
5) Deselect all Midi outs (or even select just one, both cases do not work)
6) Press OK and save DVC project file.
7) Close DVC and restart
Check previous Port selections - result not saved.
Another problem is Port numbering is confusing trying to match with instrements/controlers.
Can we have device names as in Ableton Live?
simonB, what do you think?

Still not working in DVC3 Beta September 15th.
Just to clarify
Select MiniIn port 3 and MidiOut port 3, Apply, OK
Save and Quit.
Restart and open saved project dvc.
MidiIn ports 1,2 and 3 are selected... why?
MidiOut port 3 ... this is correct
This means every time a dvc file is opened the midi ports have to be re-selected.
