USB-DMX Interface not found on 3D

Hello!
DVC3 GOLD ZM, SIUDI7A 106362, Firmware 1.20 2014-01-28, Win7 64 Bit
i installed VC3 from delivered CD, DMX Interface worked fine and 3D Visualisation also.
Now i have downloaded the newest software version April 11 2014 in order to get rid of some bugs i have seen in this forum. First removed all old drivers and software to start "fresh".
USB-DMX is working (output ok) but if i try to start 3D i only have demo mode and "There is no USB-DMX interface connected" so i can not click USB.
Is this a bug? Because my brand new interface must be 64 bit??! what should i do
