Fixture Fader and Master Fader not in SYnc

I have a Kam ParBar and I have set up various colours and chases in Daslight but when I use the Master Dimmer the ParBar Dimmer only goes down to 10 and not Zero. Other fixtures like my moving head and dimmer packs all go to Zero OK. I used the Stock SSL2 file, should I build my own?
