Im a Little bit confused. We run a Daslight 3 with the Version of January 23 2013 and it worked well. The only Problems we had were that sometimes the Era crashes and if you push a button for a Scene some other Scenes will be marked as active but they arent active and werent touched. The only possibility to get this fiexed was to kill the command on the button and add it new.

Now i thought i make an update on the Version of June and maybe the Problem is fixed BUT that was wrong and nothing works...

If i Import the complete .dvc Show and the era file i cant start anything that is shown on the era. also i cant delete the commands from the Buttons because the only Thing i can add are the global commands.

now i read something about the patch but i dont wanna run a System in the house of a customer as a BETA??? No one will do this if he wants a stable System...

Now the Question is why isn it possible to add the commands in the June Version?

By the way i installed on our test System the patch and imported the Show und the era file and it is the same. No one of our commands attached at the era desk will be started if we touch them...

Anyone ideas which way to go now? January Version f**** up and the June Version might not be better???

We had to make a lot of changes to the EasyRemote app to fix the bugs. Unfortunately this broke some of the compatibility from the January version. If you're opening an EasyRemote file from the January version, try to re-link your commands. If it's still not behaving, e-mail me your EasyRemote file and DVC3 show and I'll have a look.

well i thought the same you tell me an re-linked. but why can i only re-link if i install the beta Version and not the actual Version from the download section?

Other Problem is when i save the era with the the re-links and open it again all the links are not more present...

I have the same problem with the era.

After save close open all links doesn't work...

e-mail me your DVC3 and ERA file with a brief description of the problem including an example and I'll take a look

This looks like the same problem now exposed in the ERA subforum.
Does anyone allready have a workaround for this?
