Problems with Era

Version January 2013
First Problem: Had 6 Scenes in ERA with different Colors. First Scene was red and second was green. If you push the red button the Scene starts but the button was not marked as active. But the green button was marked as active allthough the red Scene works. i had to reset all the commands from all the Buttons to get it work normaly. it happens 2 times since install.
Second Problem: I moved a lot of objects on the Virtual Screen and Added items, Changed button colours. At the end of the work i saved the era file but an error was shown an era crashed. i want to restart but era crashes.
i looked in the era Folder and the era file had size 0. so i deleted the damaged era file and era started again but alle the work was lost...
Can somebody tell me if These Errors were fixed and i should update? i dont want to update as Long the System runs...
