I understand Daslight has to turn a profit etc but the high charges for urgent fixture profiles are ridiculous! Having recently started using Chamsys due to a macbook pro purchase it now appears that Daslight is loosing its way... first the hardware (SIUDI 5A) has been rendered obsolete and now high charges for what should be free support... I sent 3 manuals into Chamsys and they returned the fixture profiles within a couple of hours! For FREE!

Sorry Daslight but you are not keeping pace with the competition.

We offer manuals and video tutorials for our scan library editor, so you could make it yourself if you need it within 2 hours. In some cases we can get a profile to you the same day with a free request, but we normally have several requests per day so it's impossible to get everyones profiles to them within 2 hours without employing 10 full time profile builders!

Totally understand - this was just genuine feedback from a user of both products.
