Mac aura Problem

hello
I use dvc3 and work fine. Well I use for a show next Saturday the Mac Aura in the 14 channel programa works fine ssl file only the 25-channel I get an error message (Encountered an improper argument) does anyone know a solution for it would be a shame if I had the 14 channel version to use wall you can not use the Aura effect.
