SHOWTEC Phantom 50 LED Spot - fixture

Post by djsix »

hello,

the fixture in the library seems to not work propely,

I mean when you do Fx / circle, the moving head will do something very crenellated/rough.

And i seen after this, that for exemple, the PAN or Tilt cursor correspond to another thing (Tilt will do progressive Pan,PAN will do TILT etc).

----------------------
Bonjour,

cordialement,
djsix

When i choose to move pan / tilt i can do it,
but when it is in a programm with different foots it's nasty

The wordt is When doing the FX abilities with advance generator,
I do a circle, and the Phantom does something terribly wrong.
same with the other things.

any answers ?

Please explain what exactly the problem is. Have a look in the 3D simulator, does this look nasty aswel?

When you make a circle in the advanced generator, the fixture won't physically look like it's moving in a circle unless the circle is in a specific size and position.

thanks

I also have this problem with the Phantom led50 fixture that is in the daslight library.
In the library the first channels are:
1: pan
2: pan fine
3: tilt
4: tilt fine

But in the real world channels are:
1: pan
2: tilt
3: pan fine
4: tilt fine

So you have to swap the channels in the scanlibrary.

But I have a huge problem with the fixture file of led spot 50, when I use this one in my daslight program, after a certain time daslight crashes completely. I sent the ssl file to daslight, they returned me a file, and seems to me that now the problem is fixed, but not tested yet for a long time.

This fixture seems to work fine for me. I'm not sure I understand the problem you are describing
