I can believe it too... then charge us top whack to upgrade to something else that will be full of bugs!

Regarding Windows scaling and the limitations in the 3D visualizer, these are indeed minor issues that could enhance user convenience if addressed in future updates. It's great to see your constructive feedback aimed at helping Daslight 5 reach its full potential.

Your dedication to assisting others in navigating through these challenges and showcasing the software's capabilities once set up is commendable. Your comparison to other lighting software in the market highlights your belief in Daslight's potential superiority with some improvements.

oh daslight is most definitely a great software and i wish all luck to the team in the future. and yes we feel they could be superior in many ways especially the drag and drop timeline, but its far from perfect and we are upset about how close it is to being perfect.

biggest problem is by the time they release a new software "DAS6" with all the features we requested , we will have lost interest and not want to pay whatever price again for the software we spent our money on the first time

The licensing system and lack of clarity on what licenses are owned and needed can undoubtedly be improved for user convenience. Simplifying the purchasing process and providing clearer indicators on owned licenses would go a long way in enhancing user experience.

Your suggestions for improving communication about firmware updates, providing better guidance on hardware management, addressing Windows scaling issues, and refining the update process are all valid points that could enhance usability significantly.
