Experiencing similar problems here. I feel like it's only sending the MIDI OUT for the last X new buttons on start.
I still have to do some more testing for a proper bug report, I'll try to give you a reproducible case.

I'm using windows and for some reasons, the button LEDs sometimes do not work at all (1 or 2 at the APC Mini), but they are never the same. So I open the project file once and a specific one is not bringing to light up at all and If I reopen the file again a week later, there are e.g. 2 other button, which stay dark. Very disapointing behaviour. The Midi Function of the buttons work always great. The whole alignment of the colors to the buttons is very time consuming and also not very intuitive, but woth this behaviour it is even much more stressfull.

Hello,
I have the same problem on Windows.
Sometimes randomly the Color assignement is and stays lost.
You need to assign every button again.
juls wrote:So, the problem is that there is no refresh on you rMIDI controller when you open the show ?

Maybe its because I have assigned some scenes to the touch view and to the Akai APC mini?

Daslight 5.0.2 not solved
sometimes the pads in the flash scene also remain always on at maximum brightness (I set that when the scene is "on" the pad remains at maximum brightness (only when I hold it down because it is a flash scene) while when it is off it remains always on but with low brightness)

It's been over 3 months and it still hasn't been fixed?

since they reached a deadline with their marketing team they where forced to release the buggy and unfinished software and not that the full version is released they are looking to do less updates. They are working hard so please be patient, we have an amazing daslight team taking everything into consideration.

They are working hard so please be patient
I don't question, that they are working hard, but patience is may be wrong expecation. Especially for all those users, which worked already with Daslight 4. Daslight 4 was not a bad software at all, but there were several major issues like SW crashes, problems with the APC Mini, not working 3D visualizer, Touchmode buggy, .... It was always promised that this will improve over time, but 80% of that issues have never been solved and for Daslight 5 is was promissed, that all this items will significantly improved. Daslight 5 is also a great SW, but I still see several items open since years and if such a small thing has been identified and fixed, why not bring an update? If you are publishing a Beta SW (sorry, but DVC5 is a beta as well as DVC4 was at the release), than you have to bring updates frequently and not 2 or 3 times a year. We all paid several hundreds of Euros for that and more important, a lot of us are using that SW in a professional environment. I have to rely a working system, otherwise I cannot guarantee a successfull event to my clients.
