Bug Report - Default Scene properties

Post by nijst001 »

Hi!
I found another bug: If you have set your default properties in the editor, the settings are only used by creating a new scene but not in the scene what appears when you create a new group.

Bug in Scene Properties

Post by nobby99 »

Although all scenes have been set to Release=OFF - when I start a new scene the active one turns off although the activation codes in the editor and live modes are on.
Any idea?

I can't reproduce this. Remember that this is the property of the scene being activated so for example if you have:

Scene 1: release OFF
Scene 2: release GENERAL

If you click scene 1 and then scene 2, scene 1 will be deactivated. If you click scene 2 then scene 1, scene 2 will stay activated.

If you will think it is working incorrectly with the latest version, please create a show with 2 scenes and explain exactly how to reproduce the bug.

I have done this exactly this way. However, I found an interesting explanation which can be found under "Switching between programs turns other features off". I think that it fits there better.
