DVC2 gold not functioning after upgrade

I really need some help.

I have a DVC2 GOLD controller - serial 29374390.

I finally got round to upgrading my Daslight software last night and updated the firmware on the controller. Thef first time I applied the firmware it crashed out. The second time it went through. After doing this my software does detect that the controller is connected. The LED shows 'PC' when the software is running, but there is no connectivity between the software and the lights themselves.

I know all the set up is correct as I also have a DVC2 512 controller for my other lighting rig and this works on both computers perfectly.

I have 2 bands playing tonight and need to be able to control both rigs. Please can anyone tell me how to get my controller to control my lights again.

Don;t worry about this - it is a damaged chip. I have swapped them over as i'm only using 1 of the ports and have organised a replacement for the damaged chip.
