Trouble with sound in Timeline

Hi,

I use the timeline in Daslight5 to sync my lights with audio.
From time to time, my audio doesn't work, the scene plays, the lights are on, but no sound. It comes back after a while, without changing anything
I use .wav sound in the whole project.
Any ideas why?
I have a show within 2weeks, it has to work.

Make sure that the audio output device you want to use (e.g. external speakers, sound card, USB audio interface) is set as the default in Windows (Settings > Sound > Output).

Thanks for your answer. It is set to default. I'm on Mac but it's all the same.

I had the same problem, regardless of the version of Daslight used. Check my previous posts where I explain how to route the audio somewhere other than through Daslight. You need to use a DAW and synchronize it with Daslight using a controller (like an Akai, for example). For now, the audio functionality in Daslight is clearly not reliable—whether it's synchronization issues or the absence of sound for some unknown reason. I hope all of this will be fixed in future versions.
