Cant Control Pangolin FB4 with DMX

I am using the Daslight DVC Gold with Daslight 5 to control a Pangoline FB4 via DMX and I can not get it to respond.
I have set the DMX channel and made sure that it is mapped correctly in Daslight
I have set the FB4 into DMX mode
The FB4 indicates that there is DMX signal present
I tried both Mode One and Mode Two in the Daslight setup screen.
In Daslight I set
Fixture to playback.
Test Frame Off
Page to 1
Ques to 1
Then made sure there was a file named correctly on the SD card for DMX page 1 cue 1

Is there a way to troubleshoot?
I am not sure what to try next......

You've already done this, but double-check:

FB4 is in DMX Mode (not Auto or ILDA).

Menu: Settings > Mode > DMX.

Ensure "DMX Start Address" matches what you've set in Daslight.

Yes I double verified that.
I was thinking of trying ArtNet but my Daslight DVC Gold doesnt have that built in...
