I have 6 Showtec Pixelbar 12 in 36 channel mode (each pixel consists of 3 channels, RGB). I would like to create separate scenes for dimmer scenes as an overlay for the separate color scenes.
Unfortunately, I ran into a bug with the sine curve in the effect generator (see ticket 76045).
When using the effect generator only output (dmx values) is generated when output is visible on the bottom right screen. Creating dimmer effects is possible when a color scene is running in LIVE mode, but even when unticking the use live parameters check box the color used in the color scene is programmed.
Has someone been able to achieve this? I think this is the case for all multibeam fixtures without dimmer channels available. As I am working with a AKAI APC mini midi controller and the available pads are limited I am not able to program all different dimmer effects for each color and split color effects.
