Easy View - update existing project with new DL patch (e.g. added fixture)

Hi,

I added new fixtures in my DL-Setup. Yet they don't show up in my Easy-View-Project.

When I start a totally new project, then Easy-View asks, whether the new patch should be loaded, as it has changed. This works fine.

What can I do to update an already existing Easy-View-project with new fixtures or fixtures that are deleted ?

Open easy view and Try change the dmx patch config.
For example if you have the fixture on channel 1, move it to channel 2. Works for me.

Hello,

As mentioned above- when a change in the patch is detected (i.e. add a new profile, or change the address of an existing one), this should automatically show the message. Alternatively, you can use the 'Import fixture(s) from the controller' button to do this also (see image).

I thought that EasyView updates automatically also in existing projects, when opening the file.

Both of your ways are great.
