Missing Dimmer Channels

Maybe someone got a clue, I´ve recently bought 2 "MiniPortman" Clones with 7 RGB and 7 white Led Panels - Problem is, in the Dimmersection there is only the last of the 7 white Dimmers present. So, no FX possible.

Mark a bar by Colour name to active it.
In case of EGB wash, ledbar there is no separate dimmer slider

It sounds like a mapping issue with the channels. Have you double-checked the fixture profile in your lighting software? Sometimes custom or clone fixtures need their channel assignments manually adjusted. Try checking if all the channels are correctly assigned to the dimmer section.
