Fade in Scenes via fader

Post by UNITevents »

Is it possible to fade in scenes via a fader?
For example if i have 8 Moving heads with dimmer to 50% and I want to smoothly fade in a dimmer chaser via a midi fader.
I

You can create this using a step effect.

step 1 Dimmer 0%
step 2 dinner 50%

In the scene options you can map the “progress bar”.

Hello,

thank you for the reply but I think you got it wrong.
For better explenation:

For example I currently have a scene active where 4 Moving Heads are in 10% Dimmer.
So all 4 Beams are on 10% Dimmer

Then I have a chaser scene (for example with 4 steps which puts each Moving Head Dimmer to 100%).
Now I want start the scene and smoothly fade in this Scene with a fader from my midi pult.
The more I fade the scene in, the more the chase are affected the dimmer.
For example:
Midi fader to 50% --> Maximum of dimmer of the chaser = 50%

Is this possible?
