DVC 2 interface not detected

Hello!
I have a DVC2 Gold SIUDI 7A 1024. S/N ******. Version Windows 8.1 64bit
After updating Firmvare v.1.9 to 1.20 and the new version of the software downloaded from your site, the device is not determined by the program Daslight virtual kontroller2 and 3(interface not detected). The program Toolse operating normally working. What do I need to do to the device work?

Hi Andrew,

Sorry to hear you're having problems connecting your device. Your device with the 1.20 firmware should work with latest software from our website. Please can you confirm the date of the software you are using from the About screen?

Hello,

I run Windows 11 Home on my PC and have the daslight DVC2 GZM Controller.

Windows does not post an error message within device manager, so I have to assume the USB connection works.

While plugged into USB, two red and one orange LED are lit up on the right side, the 3-digit display is constantly blinking and one additional LED on the left side is lit up.

Currently I have tried the Software DVC2, DVC3 and DVC4 beta, none of which detect the device.

DVC4 beta posts: unsupported device Siudi 7

What driver do I need to download (and where) and what software is the correct to work with?

This device is simply too old and is no longer supported by our softwares.
