3D visualizer showing only red color

Hello,

I have 12 briteq led power beam in my setup. When I light them up with rgb(255, 255, 255), they're shown to only emit red light in the 3D visualizer:

The same problem appears when using fun generation separ quad led rgbw ir. They can also only emit red light in the visualizer.

Is there an easy way to fix this issue?

In addition to that:
lightmaxx complete par 56 9x12w rgbaw-uv can only emit white colored light in Easy View

same problem on some devices.
I was able to fix it by trying a lot in the scanlibery editor.
it can help to recreate the color channels or to change the device type.
please send me your device file and I'll take a look.

Is the ScanLibrary Editor available in DasLight 5? I can only find it in DasLight 4...

I created my own patch of the used lights and now it works. But that requires quite some time until I fixed all lights. And then I have to position them accordingly in EasyView again, where the "wrong" lights are currently positioned.

Hope to get a fix in the future.

PS: When testing it out with DasLight 4: The problem also/already consists in this version.

When downloading the Daslight 5 software, you can also choose to download the completely new Easy View 2 version including all new device files. You should definitely do this. It is now much faster and cleaner. A little training time and it is worth it. I have completely reworked all my devices with it. But don't forget to do the update in Daslight 5 after every change of the .ssl and separately in Easy View. In any case, I am totally thrilled.
