CLONING!?

Hi. I mentioned adding the cloning feature a while back and you guys seemed interested in adding it, any projection on when that might happen? As a touring lighting designer, it has come almost a necessity to the point where I may need to switch consoles if it is not added to DCV soon.

Also, if you did, would you consider adding it to DVC3 as well? I like a lot of the new features of DVC4, but I can't risk switching until all bugs are 100% fixed, and I assume there are a good bit of other people still using DVC3 for that reason as well..

Hi J. Gibson,

As mentioned before this is not a feature that will be in Daslight 4, however I have passed into the developers to be considered for future releases. Please note we are not implementing any new features into DVC3. Hope that helps.
