Virtual 3D Unable to find LaserWorld

I have this error that displays when I want to have a CS-1000RGB MKII

Whether I mark yes or no the 3D interface crashes..

I saw similar concerns on the forum but the help was to give in PV.

The software no longer crashes !

But with lasers there is no display of predisposition of the effects?

I also have this problem, when I try to open the 3d visualizer it crashes if I have patched lasers (ls-3drg) in my setup
