(2017-08-16-001) BUG - 3D not starting

Hi,

The 3D does not work in the latest Daslight version (Aug16).
It's still the same issue as before
(see viewtopic.php?f=19&t=4946&p=14408#p14408).
All crash reports were sent a long time ago.

I don't know what I can do for the dev team takes time to fix it ? Should I cry ? Should I pray ? Should I be on my knees ?...

Hi Pol,

Sorry for the ongoing problems with your 3D, think we need a refresh on this as we haven't been able to reproduce again so need to get to the bottom of why it's happening on your PC. Maybe a conflict with the 3D and your GPU.

Just to confirm in the latest Beta (Aug16) you're still getting the 'Shader compile error' window pop up when you open the 3D. And when you click cancel you just get a black box?

Are you able to access the Console window from the 'Log' option from the '?' in the top menu?

Apologies if you've been asked this before could download and install the GPU Caps Viewer (link below) and PM me the screenshots of your GPU (The GPU & OpenGL tabs will be fine).
