Multiple Beams- 2014

Post by Furbet »

Hi,

Apologies if this question has been answered before, I did a bit of searching and couldn't find anything recent.

I am trying to have a Lanta Lighting Orion V2 in 14 channel mode work within the Virtual 3D Simulator. The problem I have is that the Bar appears as one single bar rather than 4 different sections as I would like. I thought that the way to achieve this was by creating multiple beams for the fixture the way I have created the fixture using the scan Library editor (I have already searched for one made by Das Light and came back with nothing). The way that I have my fixture set up is the following:

Channel 1 Red 1 Light Beam 1
Channel 2 Green 1 Light Beam 1
Channel 3 Blue 1 Light Beam 1
Channel 4 Red 2 Light Beam 2
Channel 5 Green 2 Light Beam 2
Channel 6 Blue 2 Light Beam 2
Channel 7 Red 3 Light Beam 3
Channel 8 Green 3 Light Beam 3
Channel 9 Blue 3 Light Beam 3
Channel 10 Red 4 Light Beam 4
Channel 11 Green 4 Light Beam 4
Channel 12 Blue 4 Light Beam 4
Channel 13 Dimmer Light Beam All
Channel 14 Flash Light Beam All

Any help would be very much appreciated,
Regards

you hace to modify your fixture, you need to cut, in this way
fixture 1: 3channels (1-3)
fixture 2: 3channels (4-6)
fixture 3: 3channels (7-9)
fixture 4: 3channels (10-12)
(all this fixtures with the same sll profile)
you add them cheking the option matrix, then you put the secctions in the way you want

fixture 5: 2 channels (dimmer-flash 13-14)

you have une fixture, but in this way the software will recognize it as 5 fixtures, 4 repeated, and an aditional just for options. then you can use matrix effects from the effect generator.

I tried this with core 3x3 and it worked well.
