OBJECT LIMITS

Post by GRAPHIXSIGNS »

Is ther alimit to the amount of objects that can be added in 3d simulator.
I have created a stage to replicate a room an I am trying to add tables and chairs that were created in google sketch up. the table and chairs are saved as 1 object but i can only add two instances and then 3d simulator freezes.

As the objects are loaded into main memory, the limit is the amount of RAM you have, however note that the more objects you add, the slower the 3D will run.

be careful with object sizes because they're loaded straight into RAM and need to be rendered in realtime. Try to keep the size of each object below 1mb
