Ive been trying to get my Daslight STUDI-5C controller to work on an old 32bit Windows 7 machine but DVC2 will not recognise the controller.
I have installed the latest version of DVC2 from your website and tools.exe says
STUDI-5C Firmware:1.36 Serial Number:562176220 Product Code:141
However I only have 2 tabs, an "interface tab" & a "test" tab, there is no way to update the firmware but tools finds the interface and comunicates with it.
Why is DVC2 saying "interface not detected".

Compatibility Mode:

Right-click on the DVC2 software executable file and select "Properties."
Go to the "Compatibility" tab and try running the software in compatibility mode for an older Windows version (e.g., Windows XP).
Click "Apply" and then try launching the software again.
