Hello,

My old dvc2 eco interface is not recognized by dvc1, dvc2, configuration tools.
The led dmx flashes rapidly, the green remains off.
My operating system is windows xp 32 bit

Hey hiltix66,

Could it be that the port you use to connect your interface to the computer is not working properly ? Or maybe the cable is broken ?
Please try with a different USB port and a different cable to see if it works better. Let me know if the problem is fixed or not.

Thank you for your fast answer, i try to change the cable this afternoon !
I tryed on all my port and i've the same problem, so maybe it's the cable !

I've change the cable by new and i have the same problem, if you have another idea?
