Extended copy and paste
When copying a scene, pop up a dialog allowing you to select the name of the copied scene, plus a collection of tick boxes that correspond to each of the fixtures in the scene. Only the ticked items will be copied.

Further idea...
Add an option to "copy scenes jumped to" for a (recursive) deep copy.
