firmware upgrade 1.13 to 1.15

i've found my old dvc2 controller (DVC2 512 eco) again and it says it needs upgrading.. but it won't work with Tools.exe..
how can i do the upgrade and use it again?

We are aware of a DMX problem some people have met while updating their DVC2 interface. We are currently working on fixing this problem. We know you may not be able to use your interface at the moment, please forgive us for that.

We'll let you know as soon as we have a working solution for you.
