Someone may had the same issue and probabily could help me...
I have a DVC2 Gold (SIUDI 5A /293755099). I changed my laptop recently .The new one is running under Win 7 (but a 32 bits version). The module was previously perfectly working with virtual controler 2.
When I changed the PC, I re-installed VC2 but the software was still in demo mode, unable to recognize the interface. So I installed VC3 to test it... same problem... BUT, when I use the Virtual Controller 3 Tool, I can upgrade the interface and control it!
Is it a driver issue? The driver installed is the "Intelligent USB DMX Interface (Stand Alone 2006) version 1.6.0.0
