Design Spot 250

I am have trouble with my Design Spot 250 in the live mode. If I try to move the spots using the Pan/Tilt mode. The spots go crazy. Then I am in the edit mode all the spots are in the upper right quadrant. The I am in the live mode they show up in the lower right quadrant. If I try to move one of them in the live mode it jumps between the two quadrant. I can move the spot by using the pan and tilt channel sliders. In the Demo software everything in OK. Thank You
