Problem with DVC1 Gold Interface Win10/7/XP

Problem with DVC1 Gold Interface Win10/7/XP

Hello, I have a DVC1 Gold and old interface, driver in Win10 32bit install well, Hardware tool of DVC2 detect the interface and I can make a firmware update, but when I open de DVC1 software ... "interface no detected", running as administrator same effect.

Sadly our DVC1 solution isn't supported anymore. Still, please contact our customer via ticket here :

Is there any way to get in touch? I am in another country. And they don't support my language.
