PC didnt find my Interface

Hello,
at the first, sorry, my english isnt perfect.

To the problem:
I buy yesterday the Interface Daslight DVCII 128M, but my PC (Windows 7) and the Software didnt find the Interface.

The orange Power LED is lighting, when i put the USB in my PC.
The red DMX LED light goes ON and OFF very fast.
The green LED goes ON and OFF in 1seconds step.

Can anywhere help me?

What software version are you using?
Is it detected by tools.exe?
Have you tried another USB socket?
Have you tried on another machine?

The Software is from the Homepage. I think this is the latest Version.

I dont know what you mean with tools.exe
My PC doesnt detected the Interface

Ive tried it with another USB socket and another PC.

On an older PC with Windows XP detected the PC the Interface, but the programm doesnt detected it.

tools.exe can be found in the daslight directory or windows start menu.

Try with the latest beta from the website and if it is still not detected by any PC's, e-mail me your serial number and I will set up an RMA
