Back up power

Is it possible to connect the siudi 9 in a way that is has back up power? So that for example in the case of a computer crash it would automatically go into stand-alone mode.

Normally if a computer crashes, the power is still supplied to the interface and it will automatically switch to stand alone. If you wanted 2 power supplies connected, there's a 5-9V solder point on the side of the interface (this is marked on the PCB). You'll also have to add a switch for this to work. There are 3 holes where a switch can be mounted beside the USB socket
