usb and software problem

Hello,

I have got a problem with my interface DVC2 128M with SIUDI6A firmware.

I have no green light. But when I plug it, it brights only one second.

I've tried the S6 firmware update many times, but I don't know if it's useful.

I've tried it with virtual controler 1 and 2 with or without update and an Abstract VR8 and VR12 scanner.

I've got a multimeter so I could do some measurements before give it back to my reseller.

Could someone help me please?

Hi, its me again, just posted to say my interface its working perfectly, I took it to my retailer in argentina (were I live) andar they just installed a software (downloaded from the daslight page, I think) and then everything worked perfectly!

I'm very happy everything works as I wanted to!!!

well its just that, the problem is easyly solved by downloading a software from Daslight.

another question. when it says 4 scens in live mode, does it mean I can only put 4 scence to work at the same time?
or does it mean I can only put 4 scense in total?
if its the second one it makes no sence to be able to create 30 scence.
right?

its the first one, you can create as many scenes as you want. but you can only activate 4 in total.

In the long run you might have to upgrade. specially if its for a live gig (musical band)
I had to do that in order to mix different secuences with colors.
(this is for the 2nd gen of hardware) if its for a nightclub you might be able to work yor way around it.

BTW I have the gold edition 2nd gen, and cant use it on a 62bit computer cause its not compatible... its a pain in the but. upgrading to 3rd gen not an option (cant buy it). so I use the same old computer with 32bit.
