Hello everyone,
I just switched from DL4 to DL5.
I use DL for carnival parties and mostly have the same setup.
Now I am in the process of rebuilding my show file and I would be interested in how you build your files and use the timeline in relation to DL5.

So far I have created a bank for dimming/shutter/color/color effects/positions/moves/gobos/prism/etc for each device group.
From this I then created an extra bank of scenes that simply trigger all the others that I just want.

This has worked quite well so far. However, you already have quite a lot of scenes and building something together with the new timeline requires a bunch of tracks.

on devices I use e.g.:

16 - RGBW Flat PARs
2 - Cameo W600 RGBW washer
2 - Cameo W300 RGBW washer
2 - Cameo Pixbar 650 Pro
2 - Cameo Azor S2 MHs
2 - Cameo Hydrabeams
2 - Showtec Kanjo Wash MHs
2 - Showtec Kanjo Spot 60MHs
2 - Showtex Expression Wash MHs
12 - Dimmer channels for the hall lighting.
