Not all channels working on updated DL4 showfile

I’m upgrading a 3-universe installation from 4 to 5 this week and I’ve run into an odd problem.

All of my fixtures are lighting up in the visualizer, but each time I reset the software, different lights won’t turn on.
I’ve checked the DMX monitor and see that no signal is coming from those channels.

Everything else is set correctly. Has anything like this been reported before?
