Bug: Value FX Sparkle not Running

I created a new scene with the Value FX Sparkle effect on a Fixture Dimmer.
The Scene wont run, and if it runs, the Fixtures get stuck on their state, and any other scene cannot change the beams.

I think a video would'nt describe it very well.
Its just that I click on the scene, it gets toggeled and the effect is not running, normally it should.
You know what I mean?

I also just retried it, and it seems to work just fine.
