Double-Click in Dimmingcurve on Timeline-Problem

If I double-click on the dimming-curve in the timeline to set a new point for changing the value, the new point is generated and the actual value jumps some percent up or down to the mouseposition. I have then to move the value every time back to his last value, thats annoying.

Could you please change this, that the first double-click only sets the point, without any value-change or give us a shortcut to set a new point at the mouseposition?

On my picture you can see, that the 100% value jumps a little bit down if I set the point.

It is on a Mac.
Everytime I set a new point, the line right to the mousepointer jumps a little bit to the position of the mouse.
Only if your mouse is exactly on the line, it dont jumps, but this is by using the trackpad mostly not possible.
