Hey,

1. MIDI "Shifting"
Sometimes when I open DL5 and I open a file, all MIDI Out Velocities are shifted by 1, so if the value was 5 it is 6.
This only happens by manually open a file and not with the "recent files".

2. MIDI Out not working
There is only a MIDI Output once I open a file or change values but when I press buttons the MIDI Out is never triggered again so the Out velocity is the same.

6. MIDI Channel Out
Same bug as in b08, the MIDI channel out is from 1-17 and repeats. It should be 0-15 without repeating.
