I know this is just the generic moving head but I don't want this happening with another fixture in the future.
Using the Generic moving head light, When fading movement scenes, with only the tilt and pan being updated. If another scene has Dimmer, Shutter, and Iris playing, for some reason the irus channel gets set to zero. No the movement scenes are not affiliated with the iris in anyway and the green dot showing updating is not lit on either of the movement scenes. The dmx levels even shows the iris channel being updated. Also Daslight should add the functionality allowing fade times to be changeable via MIDI or a touch fader while in a live show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
