Difference between Edit and Live

4 scanners and a control bank with 17 scenes to set all color combinations.
In CONTROL all scenes of all banks are off and all DMX values are zero. DMX Level window is open.
Starting a scene, the DMX value is e.g. 19, which does not show the correct gobo position (LIVE mode).
If you now switch to EDIT mode, the value jumps to 25 and the scanners display the correct color.
Back to LIVE mode and the wrong value is back.
This can happen with all 4 fixtures, but usually only with one.
What's wrong ?
