Feature Request: split mix shutter encoder from activator

Hey there,

Would it be possible to split the shutter knob from the shutter frequency in the mix view? Currently, it is not possible to use a MIDI encoder to control the frequency because the midi signal will always affect the activator instead of the frequency. So if you turn the knob, the frequency will not change, but the shutter itself will be activated. I believe this might also be classed as a bug.
