[BUG] ArtNet Settings not saving with project.

so the artnet settings DONT save and get locked as a virtual device that you cannot delete or edit. Also it doesn't save any of the settings.

Also the artnet universe choice resets when closing & re-opening the preferences.

Also the ability to change the port (as it states 6450, but my node is running on port 6454 and it works on this port not 6450)
